How much are the Oxford Park association fees?

As of July 1, 2017, the monthly fees are $280 per unit. This includes dues for both the general fund and the reserve fund, which includes the long-term capital plan. Owners of garage easements pay an additional $10 per month per garage owned for a dedicated garage maintenance fund.

What are the fee payment options?


Option 1

Pay online through the association's property management company, Westford Real Estate Management, LLC.  Go to http://www.westfordmgt.com/ and select "Account Login" to create an account or submit a payment to a your existing account.

 

Option 2

Mail a check made payable to Oxford Park Community, Inc. to the following address:

What amenities does Oxford Park offer?

The common areas include protected open space, pool, clubhouse, tennis court and basketball practice court.

 

What is the address for the clubhouse?

The clubhouse does not have an official address, but it is located on Watch Hill Circle. Please use the "Club House Rental" tab on the left for more information about renting the club house for private events, or email This email address is being protected from spambots. The clubhouse may be rented by Oxford Park residents and owners only.
